How we keep indoor play clean and supervised

Parent trust comes from routines you can verify — cleaning cadence, soft landings, equipment checks, and people on the floor during sessions.

A Safer, Happier Play Space

Ask reception how today's open clean ran, where impact flooring sits under climbs, and who is watching the floor during your slot.

Routines you can verify

Hygiene, soft landings, age-right gear, floor help, house rules, and parent sightlines — checks parents ask about most.

Open-and-close surface clean

Padded surfaces and high-touch edges are cleaned at open and close, with tidy resets during the day. Ask reception how today’s open clean ran — parents should hear a concrete answer, not a slogan.

Parents get: hygiene routines you can ask about at reception

Impact flooring under active play

Cushioned landings under climbs, slides, and crawls so energetic play stays appropriate for little bodies. Soft surrounds keep tumbles part of learning, not a scare.

Parents get: softer floors where kids move most

Age-right equipment checks

Gear is chosen for kids ages 2–12, inspected regularly, with clear house guidelines on the floor. Faster lanes stay separate from toddler pads.

Parents get: equipment scaled for small climbers

Floor team during sessions

Trained team members stay visible on the floor to keep flow calm and help when kids need a reset. Parents remain on-site — this is supervised play, not drop-off childcare.

Parents get: supervision you can see, not just a sign

Sock rule & illness policy

Clean socks are required on pads. If a child has fever or contagious symptoms, please reschedule — reception can help move a booked slot when you call ahead.

Parents get: clear rules that protect every family’s visit

Parent sightlines next to the floor

Cafe seating sits beside the netted play zone so you can talk, sip, and still see the pads — close enough to step in, calm enough to stay seated.

Parents get: eyes on play without hovering every minute

Clean socks are required on the play floor — no hard-soled shoes on pads. If your child is unwell (fever, contagious symptoms), please reschedule; reception can move a slot when you call ahead. Curious what play builds? See purposeful benefits or tour the arena zones.
