Question 1

What ages is Zookadoo for?

Accepted Answer

Zookadoo is built for kids ages 2–12. Zones are separated by movement level so younger climbers are not mixed into faster lanes with older kids. Parents stay on-site for every visit.

Question 2

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking a time slot online so we can manage capacity on the play floor. Walk-ins may be possible when space allows — weekends fill faster, so a reserved slot is the smoother path.

Question 3

How long is a play session?

Accepted Answer

Plan for about 60–90 minutes on the floor depending on the slot you book. Arrive about 10 minutes early for check-in and socks so your child gets the full play window.

Question 4

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Book your slot online, then pay at reception with cash or UPI when staff confirm — there is no online card checkout. Memberships follow the same pay-at-counter flow after activation steps at reception.

Question 5

How much does a play session cost?

Accepted Answer

Play sessions are ₹249 / hour on weekdays and weekends during our introductory offer (was ₹299 / hour). Monthly subscription is coming soon.

Question 6

What’s included in memberships?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscription is coming soon. Ask reception to join the waitlist — we’ll share details when plans open.

Question 7

Can I bring more than one child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each child needs their own entry. You can book multiple kids from your parent account in one go.

Question 8

What should kids wear — are socks required?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable play clothes and clean socks are required on the play floor. Avoid sharp accessories, hard-soled shoes on pads, and loose jewellery. Confirm any seasonal updates at reception on your first visit.

Question 9

How do you keep the arena clean?

Accepted Answer

Soft surfaces and high-touch edges are cleaned at open and close, with tidy resets during the day and regular equipment checks. See the Safety page for the full checklist parents can ask about at reception.

Question 10

Can parents stay and watch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents stay on-site in the comfort area with clear views into the play floor — this is not a drop-off venue. Guardians remain responsible for children throughout the visit.

Question 11

Do you host kids birthday parties?

Accepted Answer

Yes — play birthday parties for ages 2–12 in Newtown. Share date and guest count via Book or WhatsApp; reception confirms package, deposit, and cake/décor rules. See the Parties page for package outlines.

Question 12

Is there parking near Zookadoo?

Accepted Answer

We are at Shapoorji C Block Gate, Action Area III, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700135, India (landmark: Beside Kidzee (Shapoorji C Gate)). Street and nearby parking patterns vary by time of day — ask reception for the latest arrival tip when you book, especially for weekend parties.

Question 13

Can kids bring food or use a cafeteria?

Accepted Answer

Outside food rules and any on-site refreshment options are confirmed at reception when you book. Play hygiene comes first — sticky snacks stay off the padded floor.

Question 14

How do I leave a review?

Accepted Answer

Ask reception for a private review link after your visit. Reviews are moderated before they appear on the site so other parents see real visit feedback.

Question 15
